Vincas Urbonas is a Consultant in Medical Oncology and Associate Professor at Vilnius University. He holds a doctorate in oncology from Vilnius University and a master’s degree in immunology from the University of Manchester. He combines extensive clinical and research expertise with international training at the Early Phase Clinical Trials Unit, Oxford University Hospitals NHS. His work focuses on advancing precision oncology, immuno-oncology, and early-phase clinical trials to bring innovative, personalized treatments closer to patients.

Lilija Baniulienė completed her medical studies at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, where she later pursued a residency in medical oncology with a focus on chemotherapy. She also cultivated a strong interest in lifestyle medicine, undertaking additional studies in this field at the same university. As a medical oncologist, Lilija is actively involved in academic activities, teaching medical students and healthcare professionals about chronic disease prevention, lifestyle factors, and their management. She is also a co-author of several educational publications.

Irmina Vinskienė is a Patient Coordinator – Nurse who serves as the primary liaison between patients and the medical team. She supports patients throughout their care journey by assisting with scheduling, managing medical documentation, and ensuring they are well-informed and prepared for each step of the treatment process. With her nursing background, Irmina also provides basic clinical guidance and ongoing support during all stages of treatment.

Irena Voronecka is an experienced nurse with over 25 years of caring for patients and more than 15 years working in clinical research. She not only takes care of patients but also helps organize and improve the way care is provided. Irena is passionate about making sure patients receive the best possible care based on the latest medical knowledge and research.

Giedrė Ukanė is the Quality Manager at PreciOnco Clinic, responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the clinic’s quality management system. She holds a bachelor’s degree in bioengineering and a master’s degree in biochemistry. With over 10 years of experience in molecular biology as a scientist and quality validation engineer, Giedrė brings extensive scientific expertise and a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Gabrielė is a Biotechnologist at PreciOnco Clinic, where she is responsible for the laboratory processes that support our precision oncology services. She handles patient blood samples and performs critical procedures such as sterile filtration, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Gabrielė holds a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology and has completed master’s-level coursework in Stockholm, Sweden, gaining international experience. Before joining PreciOnco, she gained hands-on experience as a Quality Control Specialist at a large biotechnology company.
